Our wedding was on 3 October 2026 in Bydgoszcz. Olena arrived on time with good equipment and took lots of shots: getting ready, the drive to the church, outside the church, inside, and outdoors with the guests. The photos at the reception came out great too — even in dim light and with everyone moving, they look magical. Olena took us aside for a short session at the hotel and helped us with posing, which gave us even more stylish shots 😍 We got the first photos after just a day and a half, and the full set after 2 weeks. Highly recommend — great price and great photos :) Thank you!

I'm very happy with the quality of Olena's work. She's a lovely person, devoted to what she does and discreet at the same time. Throughout the whole day — both the ceremony and the reception — she was almost invisible, which is no easy task with a small number of guests :) Even so, I felt that whenever I needed her, she was right there. She captured the most important moments perfectly and made sure every guest had a photo to remember the wedding by. We also had a photo session with all the guests, and Olena rose to the occasion there too — she brought full equipment (lights, stands, etc.). She gave gentle hints on how to stand to look good in the photos. I'm quite self-critical and usually like about 20 out of 100 photos of me, but here practically all of them turned out great. True professionalism! I sincerely recommend her — let the good word spread 😊

I couldn't have asked for a better photographer for a civil ceremony at the Royal Castle in Warsaw. Complete professionalism and respect — for the couple and for the guests alike. It's so rare these days to find a photographer who gently suggests where to stand without making you feel ordered around, and without bending the whole ceremony — so important for the couple — around their own work. On top of that, despite the terrible heat, Olena arrived well ahead of time and was ready to stay until the very end of the hour agreed in the contract. I recommend her with all my heart.

Our coverage combines natural documentary photography with a relaxed portrait session: we do not interrupt key moments, and we guide you when it is time to face the camera.

What Your Wedding Photographer Covers

Before the wedding, we discuss the route, order of events, and photographs that matter most to you. This makes room for travel, the ceremony, congratulations, group photographs, and the couple session without turning the day into one continuous posed shoot.

Packages From 1 to 14 Hours

Coverage is chosen around your plans. One couple may want the ceremony and a short portrait session, while another wants preparations, the first meeting, reception, and evening celebrations. Before booking, we identify the essential parts and choose a package without unnecessary hours.

The price depends on the date: the season, the day of the week, and how far ahead you book — which is why the calculator above shows it only once you choose a day. If the day runs long, we extend the coverage on the spot for 300 zł per started hour. Photo and video booked together cost 15% less than separately.

Photography in Warsaw and Across Poland

The portfolio includes church and civil ceremonies, weddings in hotels, gardens, and historic interiors, as well as sessions in the Old Town, Wilanów, and Royal Łazienki Park. For wedding coverage of 8 hours or more, travel within Poland is included at no extra charge. For shorter bookings, we agree on travel arrangements before booking.

What is included in wedding photography?

Before the wedding, we agree on the schedule and important moments. On the day, we photograph documentary moments, couple portraits, details, and guests, then select and edit the finished images.

How should we choose the coverage time?

The right duration depends on the parts you want documented: the ceremony, preparations, couple session, or reception. Before booking, we will help you build a realistic schedule.

How many photographs will we receive?

The packages provide a guideline of 50 finished photographs for each hour of coverage. The final number depends on the schedule and events of the wedding day.

When and how will we receive our photographs?

We deliver the finished gallery online within 45 days of the wedding.

Will you help us with posing?

Yes. During portraits, we suggest where to stand and how to move, while during documentary coverage we avoid interrupting the natural flow of events.

Can we book photography without video?

Yes. Photography can be booked separately; a combined photo and video package and a standalone video service are also available.

Do you photograph weddings outside Warsaw?

Yes, we travel to weddings in other Polish cities. For wedding coverage of 8 hours or more, travel within Poland is included at no extra charge. For shorter bookings, we agree on travel arrangements before booking.

How do we reserve our date?

We first confirm the date, location, coverage time, and plan. Once the details are agreed, they are recorded in the contract together with the deposit amount and terms.
