What to plan before we meet
Date and programme: tell us the start time, guest numbers and key moments: the arrival of the mum-to-be, giving gifts or a group message.
Comfort: choose a location where the mum-to-be feels comfortable and allow time for relaxed portraits, conversation and breaks.
Surprise: if the photographer is part of a gift, tell us beforehand. We will agree on arrival time and the moment we should not miss with the organiser.
Venue: check capacity and permission for photography and filming. Venue hire, decorations and other venue costs will be discussed separately from photography and video fees.

Yes, we can photograph at home, in a café, restaurant, studio or hotel. Agree on the party, photography and filming with the venue in advance.
Can a partner and family come along?
Yes. We will photograph the mum-to-be with her partner, family and friends, as well as group photos of the guests. Tell us who you particularly want in individual photos together.
Can we book a photographer and videographer together?
Yes, photography and video together cost 500 zł per hour. We will discuss the key moments and finished material in advance.
Does the photographer need to stay for the whole party?
You can choose part of the programme: welcoming guests, messages, giving gifts and group photos. Tell us your plans and we will agree on coverage time to suit them.
How many photos will we receive, and when?
We agree on the number of finished photos and delivery time before booking, based on the programme and coverage time. The format and length of the finished video are also discussed in advance.
