We will fit the photography around your celebration: portraits and group photos first, followed by candid coverage of conversations and the party. If your family gathering and celebration with friends are separate, we can discuss covering different parts of the day or different dates.

Tell us when the cake, candles, birthday wishes and surprises are planned. That way, we can be close by to capture the birthday celebrant’s reactions. We will set aside time for group photos by the backdrop or in another suitable place, rather than interrupting dancing for every shot.

Video preserves the voices of friends and parents, birthday wishes, music and movement on the dance floor. You can book video alone or combine it with photography. Before booking, we agree on the moments to cover and the format and length of the finished video. If you want footage for social media, we will discuss it when planning.
Hourly coverage and when we finish
Photography costs 250 zł per hour, video costs 250 zł per hour, and both together cost 500 zł per hour. We agree on coverage time and the total price before booking. If you want coverage until the cake or some dancing afterwards, we will take the timing of those events into account.

Do you stay until the cake or for the whole night?
We work within the agreed hours. Tell us when the cake and other key moments are planned and we will decide which part of the evening to cover. If the programme changes, we will discuss whether coverage can be extended and at what cost.
Can we have photos with parents and separately with friends?
Yes. It is best to allow time for family photos while all your loved ones are still there. You can have photos with friends by the backdrop or in another suitable place during the party.
Do you cover clubs, restaurants and house parties?
Yes. Tell us the address, guest numbers and lighting conditions. Agree on the photographer and videographer working there with the venue.
Can we book photography and video together?
Yes, both services together cost 500 zł per hour. We will discuss the finished material and coverage time in advance.
Can we book a separate 18th birthday photoshoot?
Yes. We can set aside time for portraits before the party or agree on a shoot on another day. We will discuss the location, outfits and time needed.
How many photos will we receive, and when?
We agree on the number of finished photos and delivery time before booking, based on the programme and coverage time. The format and length of the finished video are also discussed in advance.
